Returns & Refund Policy

At Pickadeal, we aim to provide a safe, transparent, and fair shopping experience for both buyers and sellers.

Pickadeal is a multi-seller marketplace. Products are sold by independent sellers, and returns are handled in coordination with the seller and Pickadeal support.

Reporting an Issue

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective or not working
  • Incorrect or missing parts

You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

To submit a return request, provide:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photo or video evidence

Requests can be submitted via your Pickadeal account or by emailing:

Seller Inspection Process

Once a return is approved:

  • The item will be collected or returned to the seller
  • The seller will inspect the item and provide a report

If the return meets the criteria, the refund will be approved.
If the return is rejected (e.g. item used, damaged by buyer), the item will be returned to the buyer.

Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after seller inspection
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Bank processing times may vary depending on your provider

Refund Eligibility

Full Refund (Seller Fault)

You qualify for a full refund if:

  • Item is defective
  • Item is damaged on arrival
  • Incorrect item was delivered

Change of Mind Returns

  • Request must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original delivery fee is non-refundable

How to Start a Return

  • Contact the seller via your Pickadeal account
  • Provide:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Supporting proof (if applicable)

If the seller does not respond within a reasonable time, contact:

Delivery & Collection

  • Once approved, the item will be collected or returned
  • The seller will inspect the item
  • Refund is processed based on inspection outcome

Rejected Returns

Returns may be declined if:

  • Item shows signs of use or damage caused by the buyer
  • Original packaging or accessories are missing
  • Request is made outside the allowed return period

Rejected items will be returned to the buyer at their cost.
